Joe Moran pled guilty to a DUI yesterday during a session with celebrity therapist Dr. Susan Browning. As Moran turned over his state-issued ID, Browning informed the actor that he couldn't possibly be guilty of a DUI as he doesn't drive.
"Well that set him off," explained Browning as she puffed on a Virginia Slim outside her Ozone Park office. "He's crazy. He started ranting about how it would be good for his career. Something about a come back? I wasn't really paying attention."
Witnesses say Moran was last seen chugging a can of Full Throttle before unchaining his Segway and heading towards the BQE.
