Joe Moran caused yet another scene this past weekend; this time at the posh Bamboo 52 lounge in New York City. The actor reportedly approached the bar wearing a neon yellow wristband claiming it was open bar. When the bartender informed him that there was no open bar and that he'd have to pay for his drinks, Moran reportedly threw a fit and swiped someone else's Stoli O and soda off the bar."I came back from having a cigarette and my drink was gone", said Josh Kresley, 32. "It's disgusting. I have a cold."
Joe was eventually escorted off the premises by the venue's bouncer.
Moran was unavailable for comment, but his publicist released the following statement:
"Joe Moran is a fine upstanding citizen. He always pays for his drinks. The bartender was obviously mistaken. It was a Livestrong bracelet."
